We currently use Royal Mail to deliver orders weighing less than 1kg. Orders weighing over 1kg will be delivered by our couriers Hermes. This especially includes all the framed or mounted prints as well as print bundle packages i.e. print+any other merchandise item of your choice. For your and our piece of mind, all these larger packages will be dispatched by our Hermes carrier and will require an electronic signature from the recipient. The journey of all our packages is secured by online tracking, which you can also access. If you wish to secure your package that extra bit more, we can ensure your package too, so that in case of damage you are covered.
Any uncommon delivery requests will be considered at our discretion. International deliveries can only be made to the card holders address. Please be aware of the possible difficulties encountered when not receiving delivered goods in person. If you are experiencing any issues with delivery, please contact us directly.

Order before 1pm for next day delivery that will arrive on the next working day. Delivery will be between 8am – 8pm. Orders placed after 1pm on a Saturday, or any time on a Sunday or bank holiday will be processed on the next working day (Mon-Fri) and delivered the day after.

Our delivery partners Royal Mail or Hermes will send you an email confirming your four-hour time slot on the day of delivery. You can manage your delivery using the links in this email, with options to leave in a safe place or deliver to a neighbour if you will not be in. Missed your package delivery? Both Royal Mail and Hermes will make three delivery attempts.
Meanwhile, Hermes have implemented contactless delivery and we are re encouraging all our customers to choose their preferred safe place for deliveries. If you have a tracking number for your parcel, you can go to the MyHermes Tracking page, choose ‘Change Delivery Preferences’ and select a safe place.

You have two options, leave your parcel in a safe place or deliver to a neighbour. In other circumstances, Royal Mail and Hermes will make three delivery attempts.
An alternative way of managing your delivery safely is through the Royal Mail and Hermes Mobile Apps. The Apps allow you to select a ‘safe place’ through the app by entering your tracking number, choosing the ‘divert’ option and selecting your preferred ‘safe place’. Both Apps are available for free from the Google App Store and the Apple Store.

Due to their varied international postage prices, please be aware that postage prices for packages with more than one item will differ based on size and weight.
